Lauren Barr is an artist with a background in graphic design who lives and works in West London.
Her one-of-a-kind stoneware pieces are made instinctively using traditional hand building methods of slab, pinch and coil. The works are gestural; exploring textures, color and variations on forms. She tries to capture something enigmatic, spontaneous, subtle and joyful.
Her work has been exhibited in London and San Francisco.
